If you'd like to return your order then we're here to help.
1.Contact Us
Please send us an email and let us know what the issue is. If there is anything we can do to help or fix and problem then we will try to solve it.
We will listen to any issues you have and try our best to amend them.
Failing this, if you'd still like to return it then we will accept your return and provide a returns address.
2. Replacement Items
If your order is damaged or faulty in anyway please contact us and we will arrange a return and get a replacement out to you ASAP.
3. Returning Orders
All returned items will be checked and processed within 5days of receipt. After this we will contact you to arrange a refund.
We will provide a returns address for you to return the order. We recommend returning items via Royal Mail 1st class with a proof of postage receipt.
4. Warranty Issues
If you have any warranty questions please get in touch and we will answer any questions you have.
Any returned or refunded request will be dealt with in the same way as a returned order.
